LV Collective is seeking a National Sales Specialist to coach and elevate leasing teams across the portfolio. You’ll travel extensively, lead trainings, and drive stronger conversions while upholding LV’s brand and customer-experience standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of leasing or sales experience in residential or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Coach leasing teams to improve performance across markets.
• Lead training and onboarding to ensure LV standards are followed.
• Partner with marketing to optimize campus outreach and events.
• Review weekly leasing reports and provide actionable insights.
• Travel 75–80% to support communities and launches.
