Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in real estate, marketing, business or related field preferred.
• 3–4 years in accounting/financial analysis or similar analytical role.
• 1–2 years in revenue management, pricing or portfolio analysis preferred.
• Exposure to property management software like Yardi/REBA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute revenue pricing strategies for an assigned portfolio using market data and performance metrics.
• Monitor portfolio performance, update pricing models, and support data-driven decisions.
• Configure and maintain pricing system parameters to align with asset strategies and goals.
• Support weekly pricing reviews with analysis and insights for portfolio recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Technology and Property Management on data and system alignment.
