Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) in Dayton, OH invites an experienced Revenue Strategy & Capture Analytics Manager to join the RevOps team. You will deliver executive-ready analytics, dashboards, and strategic materials across Growth, Capture, Proposal Operations, Pricing, Finance, Contracts, and Delivery, enabling informed decisions and efficient resource planning.

You will surge into proposal operations, pricing support, and enterprise initiatives during peak periods, while supporting

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Federal Government Contracting.
Experience in two or more of: Pricing, Proposal Operations, Capture Support, Program Controls, FP&A, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence.
Advanced Excel modeling and financial analysis required.

Responsibilities

Develop executive dashboards, analyses, and briefing materials for Revenue Operations leadership.
Monitor pipeline health, workload, demand, and resource utilization.
Support monthly/quarterly reviews and strategic planning sessions.
Provide resource impact assessments and risk summaries for leadership.
Support pursuit workload forecasts and capacity dashboards.
Assist pricing teams with labor pricing, margin analyses, and pricing-to-win insights.
