Qualifications

• Ten years of leadership experience in revenue or sales operations.
• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth through operational excellence.
• Experience with CRM systems and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the revenue operations function including sales processes, systems, data management, and analytics.
• Establish KPIs and performance standards for revenue and customer experience.
• Develop reporting, forecasting, and analytics to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate across departments to align revenue operations with business goals.
• Manage budget, hiring, and coaching of the revenue operations team.
