Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Lead Quantitative Analyst to join the Revenue Intelligence team, bridging econometric modeling with GAAP outcomes to guide strategic decisions. You will build transparent, driver-based models, forecast revenue, and deliver actionable insights for senior finance leadership.

The role reports to the Head of Revenue & Commission Insights and requires on-site collaboration with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and project ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• Econometric and statistical modeling expertise with interpretable outputs.
• Strong financial acumen linking operational drivers to financial results.
• Proficiency with Python/SQL and AI-assisted development tools to accelerate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain time-series forecasting models for GAAP revenue.
• Develop econometric models to identify drivers of revenue performance by segments and channels.
• Design scenario analysis tools for real-time revenue forecasting under varying assumptions.
• Connect policy-level and transaction-level data to GAAP results.
