Acrisure is seeking a Lead Quantitative Analyst to join the Revenue & Commission Insights team in New York. You will build transparent econometric models linking insurance data to GAAP results and develop production-grade analytics tools for senior leadership.

The role emphasizes interpretability over black-box methods, with responsibilities spanning forecasting, driver analysis, and data infrastructure. On-site collaboration is expected for cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's preferred.
• 5–10 years of quantitative modeling or financial analysis experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and automation.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar BI tools for dashboards.
• Experience with Palantir or enterprise data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain time-series forecasting models for GAAP revenue.
• Develop econometric models to quantify drivers across client segments and channels.
• Design scenario analysis tools for real-time revenue forecasting.
• Connect policy-level and transaction-level data to GAAP results; build analytical bridges.
• Analyze growth and retention drivers; provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Create analytics frameworks to measure advisor productivity and revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with FP&A to integrate quantitative insights into planning.
• Develop scalable analytical models and dashboards using Python, SQL, and Palantir.
