Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Manager of Insurance Revenue Analytics to serve as a strategic analytics partner for the Executive Leadership Team and Board. You will independently scope and execute financial models, synthesize internal and external data, and deliver concise narratives in Board-ready formats.

The role requires a strategy consulting or strategic finance background and strong PowerPoint skills to distill complex analyses into actionable recommendations. On-site collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Science or a related quantitative field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Strategic Finance, Corporate Development or Corporate FP&A, with a demonstrated track record of producing high-quality financial analysis and executive-level materials.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound analytical requests from the ELT and Board, scoping, prioritizing, and delivering high-quality financial analysis under tight timelines and with limited direction.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses covering organic growth sensitivities, capital allocation trade-offs, investment cases, cost structure scenarios, and other ad hoc requests.
• Integrate internal financial data with external market intelligence to provide competitive benchmarking, industry context, and market sizing that enriches financial analysis.
• Partner with FP&A's Enterprise Analysis and Expense Management functions to pull inputs into enterprise-level scenario frameworks.
• Translate complex financial models and analytical findings into executive-ready PowerPoint presentations with a clear recommendation or decision point.
• Own the enterprise long-range model, conducting a full refresh annually for scenario planning across investments.
