Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Lead Quantitative Analyst to join the Revenue & Commission Insights team in leading revenue forecasting and econometric modeling. The role centers on connecting operational data to GAAP results, building explainable models, and supporting senior leadership with insights.

The candidate will develop scalable tools in Python/SQL, leverage Palantir and Power BI, and collaborate with FP&A to inform planning. This on-site role is based in Miami.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field; Master's preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in quantitative modeling or financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and model development.
• Experience with Power BI or comparable BI tools for dashboards.
• Experience with Palantir or enterprise data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain time-series forecasting models for GAAP revenue.
• Develop econometric models to quantify drivers across segments and channels.
• Design scenario analysis tools for real-time revenue forecasting.
• Bridge policy/transaction data to GAAP results for transparency.
