Acrisure in Naperville, IL is seeking a Lead Quantitative Analyst to join Revenue Intelligence and connect policy-level and commission data to GAAP results. You will build transparent econometric and time-series models, develop scenario tools, and create scalable Python/SQL/Palantir solutions for finance leadership.

The role emphasizes interpretable modeling, collaboration with FP&A, and on-site leadership to drive strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's preferred.
5–10 years of quantitative modeling or economic research experience.
Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and model development.
Experience with BI tools for dashboards and visualizations.
Experience with enterprise data platforms like Palantir.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain time-series forecasting models for GAAP revenue.
Develop econometric models to identify drivers of revenue across segments and channels.
Design scenario analysis tools for real-time revenue forecasting.
Connect operational data to GAAP results to link production metrics with revenue.
Analyze drivers of new business growth and retention for senior leaders.
Build analytics frameworks for advisor productivity and revenue growth indicators.
Conduct segmentation to identify high-value opportunities.
Partner with FP&A to integrate insights into planning processes.
Develop and maintain analytical models and tools using Python, SQL, and Palantir.
Build Power BI dashboards translating model outputs into visuals for leadership.
