Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's preferred.
• 5–10 years of quantitative modeling or economic research experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and model development.
• Experience with BI tools for dashboards and visualizations.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms like Palantir.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain time-series forecasting models for GAAP revenue.
• Develop econometric models to identify drivers of revenue across segments and channels.
• Design scenario analysis tools for real-time revenue forecasting.
• Connect operational data to GAAP results to link production metrics with revenue.
• Analyze drivers of new business growth and retention for senior leaders.
• Build analytics frameworks for advisor productivity and revenue growth indicators.
• Conduct segmentation to identify high-value opportunities.
• Partner with FP&A to integrate insights into planning processes.
• Develop and maintain analytical models and tools using Python, SQL, and Palantir.
• Build Power BI dashboards translating model outputs into visuals for leadership.
