Job summary

Acrisure, a global fintech leader, is seeking a Lead Quantitative Analyst to join Revenue Intelligence. You will build transparent econometric models linking policy data to GAAP results and drive strategic decisions for the insurance brokerage business.

Reporting to the Head of Revenue & Commission Insights, the role emphasizes interpretable modeling, production-ready tools, and collaboration with FP&A and Strategic Finance to support planning and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Econometric and statistical modeling skills with interpretable, driver-based approaches.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to tie drivers to GAAP results.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build time-series forecasting models for GAAP revenue with key economic drivers.
• Develop econometric models to quantify drivers across segments and channels.
• Design scenario tools for real-time forecasting for leadership decisions.
• Connect policy-level and transaction-level data to GAAP results.
