Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Science or related quantitative field.
• 5–8 years in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Strategic Finance, Corporate Development or FP&A.
• Strong financial modeling, scenario analysis, and investment case development.
• Exceptional PowerPoint and executive communication skills.
• Experience integrating external market data with internal financial data.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred; insurance/financial services exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to ELT and Board requests with scoping and high-quality financial analysis.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses for growth, capital allocation, and cost structure.
• Integrate internal data with external market intelligence for benchmarking and market sizing.
• Prepare CFO-ready briefing materials and executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
• Maintain the enterprise long-range model and refresh annually.
• Ensure outputs align with FP&A requirements and governance.
