Acrisure is seeking a Lead Quantitative Analyst for Revenue Intelligence to bridge econometric modeling with GAAP results, driving forward-looking decisions. This senior role sits at the intersection of finance and data science, requiring measurable impact through transparent models and stakeholder collaboration.

The ideal candidate will own econometric and time-series work, build scalable tools in Python/SQL, and lead dashboards for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in econometric and statistical modeling methods — including time-series analysis, regression modeling, and causal inference.
• Strong financial acumen, connecting operational drivers to financial outcomes in complex revenue environments.
• Comfort with AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code, to accelerate analytical workflows.
• Excellent communication to translate quantitative findings into business recommendations for senior leaders.
• Strong project ownership to manage multiple modeling workstreams independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain time-series forecasting models for GAAP revenue, incorporating retention, new business growth, and pricing trends.
• Develop econometric models to identify drivers of revenue across client segments, lines of business, and channels.
• Design and maintain scenario analysis tools enabling real-time revenue forecasting under varying assumptions.
• Connect policy-level and transaction-level data to GAAP results, bridging insurance production metrics with revenue.
• Analyze drivers of growth and retention; translate findings into actionable insights for senior leaders.
• Build analytics frameworks for advisor productivity and revenue indicators at the book-of-business level.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Strategic Finance to integrate quantitative insights into planning and forecasting.
• Develop and maintain models and tools using Python, SQL, and Palantir for scalable use by finance teams.
• Create Power BI dashboards translating model outputs into executive visuals.
