Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Intelligence to drive revenue analytics, reporting, and automation initiatives that fuel sales growth and retention. This hands-on role partners with sales and enablement teams to deliver actionable insights and optimize processes.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, AI-assisted tools, and compelling adoption of revenue intelligence best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, sales enablement, revenue intelligence, or Salesforce operations.
• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce experience, including reports, dashboards, and object/field enhancements.
• 3+ years building dashboards in CRM Analytics or similar BI platform.
• 2+ years designing and deploying workflow automation or low-code solutions.
• 3+ years of proven project leadership and translating data into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Execute revenue analytics and reporting initiatives; maintain dashboards, reports, forecasting tools and automations.
• Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends, risks and opportunities; advise sales leaders.
• Partner with sales, enablement and IT to ensure accuracy of revenue intelligence tools and reporting platforms.
• Lead projects advancing sales enablement, automation and AI; manage timelines and resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure revenue intelligence informs pipeline management and sales effectiveness.
• Identify manual processes and apply automation/AI to reduce admin work for sales teams.
• Train and support sales teams on reporting, enablement and AI tools, including data interpretation.
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting to meet business needs.
