Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager for Reporting & Insights in Service Operations to lead critical analytics, build scalable dashboards, and drive data-driven decisions. You will partner with executives to improve performance, workforce, and customer experience through insights and proactive reporting.

Role requires senior-level analytics leadership, strong governance, and the ability to modernize reporting across Power BI, SQL, and cloud platforms to enable self-service insights at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, BI, or related fields.
• Experience supporting senior leadership with reporting & decision-support.
• Proven track record delivering reporting and analytics solutions driving business outcomes.
• Strong proficiency with Power BI, SQL, data modeling, dashboards, automation, and modern analytics tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms and analytics ecosystems.
• Knowledge of data governance and reporting controls.
• Experience leading reporting modernization and analytics capability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery and quality of reporting, dashboards, data extracts, and recurring processes.
• Translate requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and trends.
• Communicate complex analytics clearly for executives.
• Support operating reviews and performance management with timely insights.
• Lead improvements to reporting efficiency and data quality.
• Drive automation and self-service analytics across platforms.
• Guide governance and standardization of metrics.
