Qualifications

5+ years in analytics, sales enablement, revenue intelligence, or Salesforce operations.
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with reports and dashboards.
3+ years building dashboards in CRM Analytics or a similar BI platform.
2+ years designing/deploying workflow automation replacing manual processes.
3+ years of proven project leadership translating data into recommendations.

Responsibilities

Execute revenue analytics and reporting; maintain dashboards and forecasting tools.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; advise leaders.
Partner with sales, enablement, and IT to ensure tool accuracy and usability.
Lead projects advancing automation and AI capabilities; manage timelines and resources.
Collaborate to ensure revenue intelligence informs pipeline and effectiveness.
Identify manual processes and apply automation to reduce admin work.
