Job summary

OPENLANE is seeking a Revenue Management Analyst to join the Merchandizing & Revenue Management team. You will model financial outcomes, build dashboards, and drive insights to optimize revenue across dealers and cohorts.

The role emphasizes BI, financial modeling, and data visualization with 2–5 years of relevant experience. You will collaborate with management to prioritize metrics, automate processes, and deliver sustainable reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 2–5 years as data analyst/statistical analyst/model developer or reporting analyst.
• Experience managing small to mid-size projects.
• Experience with process automation tools (Power Automate, UiPath, Zapier, Kissflow, Appian).
• Strong knowledge of data models, simulations, and financial modeling.
• Strong skills with reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, DOMO, Looker) and databases (SQL, Snowflake).
• Analytical skills to collect, organize, analyze, and report large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze customer lifetime value and retention by dealer segments and cohorts.
• Develop input/output tracking models to identify performance gaps and predict sales results.
• Analyze complex business problems and identify solutions.
• Plan and analyze campaign data to improve share of wallet or MAU.
• Create reports and visualizations to communicate analytics findings.
• Collaborate with management to prioritize information needs and actions.
• Manage projects and coordinate cross-functional efforts to hit targets.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
