Job summary

Friedman Williams seeks a Revenue Integrity Lead in Philadelphia to protect and maximize firm revenue through rate implementation, e-billing compliance, and deductions management. You will bridge Pricing and Billing, ensuring client requirements are reflected in billing systems and that services are correctly billed across matters.

You will partner with Billing Attorneys, client operations, and leadership to reduce revenue leakage, drive AI-enabled improvements, and standardize pricing

Qualifications

• 5+ years in legal billing, collections, pricing support or revenue cycle management in a law firm (AmLaw 100 preferred).
• Strong knowledge of e-billing platforms, client guidelines, and matter intake workflows.
• Experience with deductions, appeals, billing disputes, rate implementation and pricing monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Drive rate setting and pricing implementations across billing systems.
• Oversee e-billing submissions and client compliance to guidelines.
• Monitor post-matter intake pricing and enforce AFAs, budgets, and fee caps.
• Identify issues causing revenue leakage and present actionable remedies.
• Lead deductions, appeals, and recovery strategies with billing attorneys.
• Develop reporting to track compliance by client, matter and practice.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Billing, Credit & Collections, and leadership to improve processes.
