Opensity Solutions is seeking a Legal Billing Specialist to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant billing across client accounts. You will validate data, resolve discrepancies, and support revenue integrity, working with finance and operations in a non-exempt, full-time role.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple billing cycles while supporting process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education as specified with 2–4 years in legal billing or revenue cycle management.
• Experience with billing processes, data validation and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Excel and billing/ERP systems is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, process, and issue client invoices based on contracts and schedules.
• Review billing data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with agreements.
• Reconcile discrepancies by investigating variances in data.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate capture of billable activities.
• Maintain billing records, rate tables, and client configurations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing, including revenue reporting.
