Qualifications

Associates Degree required; additional healthcare revenue cycle experience accepted with 4 extra years.
Epic proficiency or certification required for Charge Description Master.
2+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience.
Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 coding principles.
Proficiency in data entry and Excel; ability to interpret financial reports.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level Revenue Cycle support for professional services across on-site and off-site locations.
Assist in evaluating charge capture workflows and recommend improvements.
Monitor revenue reports and identify negative trends to improve front-end workflow.
Coordinate with Epic system analysts on revenue cycle software implementations impacting capture and scrubbing.
Develop and maintain monthly production reports and KPI dashboards.
Stay current on new services and chargemaster policies; perform internal audits.
