Memorial Healthcare System in Fort Lauderdale, FL seeks a Revenue Integrity Senior Analyst to manage and configure Epic-based applications, ensuring accurate charge capture and compliance with updates. Lead projects, mentor staff, and collaborate with department leaders to optimize revenue operations.

You will audit CPT/HCPCS codes, map revenue to GL accounts, and train teams on EAP coding while driving process improvements in a complex hospital setting. Oncology billing experience preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelors in Healthcare Administration or related field with 3+ years revenue cycle experience.
• Epic Clinical/Revenue cycle certifications required or pursued within 12 months.
• Experience with CPT/HCPCS coding and hospital charge capture systems.

• Manage and configure Memorial's Revenue Integrity applications for billing accuracy.
• Lead or oversee modules, mentor junior administrators, and collaborate with department leaders.
• Audit CPT/HCPCS codes and revenue to ensure compliant charge capture and reporting.
• Map revenue and UOS to correct GL accounts for accurate reporting.
• Provide training to Epic department teams on EAP codes and workflows.
• Perform root-cause analyses and drive corrective actions in billing processes.
• Ensure software releases of Epic are set up to avoid disruption in charge capture.
