Job summary

SGMC Health is seeking a Senior Epic Revenue Integrity Analyst to manage day-to-day Epic EMR revenue analytics, ensuring accurate CPT and charge master alignment. You will coordinate with multiple departments to deliver strategic insights and compliance within the Revenue Cycle operations.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, strong analytical skills, and ability to lead a team of analysts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; significant relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Certifications in Epic Professional Billing, Hospital Billing, Claims and Contracts within six months of hiring.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of SGMC’s EPIC revenue analysts and clinical analysts within Revenue Cycle.
• Collaborate across departments to provide reporting and analysis to support revenue cycle operations.
