Memorial Healthcare System in Fort Lauderdale, FL, seeks a Revenue Integrity Manager to lead charge capture, coding, and revenue protection across the health system. You will supervise staff, refine processes, and ensure compliant, timely billing in a complex Epic environment.
Key tasks include coordinating CDM updates, CPT/HCPCS coding, and price transparency initiatives, while partnering with RCM teams to optimize reimbursement and reduce missed charges.
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required.
- 5+ years in hospital billing systems/medical billing (EPIC) required.
- 5+ years supervisory/leadership experience required.
- EPIC CHG ROUTER certification preferred or EPIC certification (EPIC).
- EPIC Resolute Billing Certification preferred or EPIC certification (EPIC).
- Certified Professional Coder‑Hospital (CPC) preferred or CCS/AHIMA or RHIT/RHIA preferred.
Mansioni
- Oversee staff and workflows for charge capture, billing readiness, reimbursement optimization, and revenue protection.
- Test samples of departmental charges and provide retraining as needed.
- Provide training and support to end‑users and manage application projects using standard PM methodologies.
- Develop and maintain CDM CPT/HCPCS updates and price transparency files.
- Monitor revenue cycle performance and implement improvements through dashboards and reports.
