Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field is required.
• 5+ years in hospital billing systems, specifically EPIC, with supervisory experience.
• Epic Charge Router/Resolute Billing certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage Revenue Integrity Charge Capture and Reconciliation teams daily.
• Analyze revenue, denial trends, and CDM accuracy to optimize performance.
• Educate departments on charging requirements and collaborate with billing teams.
• Lead implementation of new procedures, CPT code assignments and education.
• Develop dashboards to reduce late charges and improve cash flow.
• Monitor edits (NCCI, MUE) for compliance and accuracy.
