Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of hospital billing/EPIC experience.
• 5+ years in supervisory/leadership role.
• Epic Charge Router Certification preferred.
• Epic Resolute Billing Certification preferred.
• CPC/CCS/AHIMA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Revenue Integrity Charge Capture and Reconciliation team daily.
• Review revenue, charges, denial trends; drive optimization.
• Educate clinical departments on charging requirements and best practices.
• Oversee CPT/HCPCS coding updates and charge master accuracy.
• Develop dashboards to improve billing timeliness and accuracy.
