Medasource seeks an experienced Revenue Integrity Manager to lead the Hospital Billing Revenue Integrity function across multiple service lines. The role oversees a 9-person team of specialists and analysts, driving projects and continuous improvement in a high-demand healthcare revenue cycle environment.

The ideal candidate is a proven people leader with accountability for performance, and has strong Epic experience along with proficiency in cross-functional collaboration and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience.
• Leadership or management experience in Revenue Cycle/Revenue Integrity.
• Epic experience required.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee a 9-person Revenue Integrity team across multiple hospital service lines.
• Provide direction to Specialists, Analysts, and other team members.
• Set performance expectations and ensure productivity, quality, and deliverables.
• Drive Revenue Integrity projects from planning through completion.
• Monitor performance and implement improvement strategies.
• Lead process improvement initiatives across Revenue Integrity operations.
• Standardize processes, tools, templates, and best practices across service lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve revenue issues and drive decisions.
• Utilize Epic and other revenue cycle systems for reporting and workflow management.
• Coach and develop team members and manage personnel decisions.
