• Review and resolve charge-related issues in department work queues for timely revenue recognition.
• Prepare monthly revenue reports and conduct root cause analysis for variances in gross revenue.
• Maintain documentation and workflows related to revenue integrity processes.
• Audit charge processes and data for accuracy and compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Develop and deliver education and training materials related to charge capture and revenue cycle best practices.
• Collaborate with leadership and clinical departments to support revenue optimization and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze revenue trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
