Interior Logic Group is seeking a Revenue Assurance Coordinator to interpret orders, determine contracted revenues, and prepare supporting documentation for the billing team. The role works closely with design, sales, and customers to ensure accurate revenue recognition and timely documentation.

The position requires a two-year business-related certificate or equivalent experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two-year certificate or equivalent experience in a business-related field.
• Intermediate MS Office, including Word and Excel.
• Analytical problem solving for financial accounts and payments.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate clearly.

Responsabilités

• Interpret orders from Design Center and calculate company revenues per contract.
• Gather and organize billing documents for the Billing Department.
• Collaborate with Customer and Sales to obtain missing documentation.
• Provide weekly issue reports and impact analysis to management.
• Maintain internal accounting controls and coordinate with Shared Services.
