Job summary

Interior Logic Group is seeking a Revenue Assurance Coordinator to manage job jacket files, review lot documentation, and verify that sales orders align with customer selections and written agreements.

You will work with customers and internal sales and operations teams to resolve issues before installation release and billing, supporting accurate revenue recognition and margin protection. Strong attention to detail, solid Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in homebuilding or construction industry preferred.
• Experience in quality review, reconciliation, audit, or similar transaction-based review roles preferred.
• Intermediate Excel skills and comfort working with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Review sales orders for accuracy and ensure margins are within tolerance.
• Create job jacket files using established checklists to gather all required lot documentation.
• Review all job jacket documents prior to install release and perform comprehensive sales order audits.
• Calculate and enter correct revenue on sales orders and verify customer purchase orders align with written sales agreements and buyer selections.
• Ensure sales order margin is within tolerance; investigate margin variances and coordinate with operations to resolve discrepancies.
• Verify sales order revenue and margin post-installation to reflect additional costs incurred during installation.
