Job summary

Interior Logic Group, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Assurance Coordinator to ensure accurate revenue recognition and margin protection across homebuilding projects. You will create job jacket files, review order documentation, and perform audits in ERP to support install release and billing.

Collaborate with customers and internal sales and operations to resolve PO issues, monitor margins, and provide regular updates. Strong attention to detail and Excel/ERP comfort are key.

Qualifications

• Experience in homebuilding or construction industry preferred.
• Experience in quality review, reconciliation, audit or similar transaction-based reviews preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create job jacket files using established checklists to gather all required lot documentation.
• Review job jackets per procedures before install release and perform sales order audits.
• Calculate and enter revenue on sales orders; verify POs align with written sales agreements.
• Ensure margin within tolerance; investigate variances with operations to resolve discrepancies.
• Verify revenue and margin post-installation for additional costs.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve PO issues delaying revenue recognition.
• Track sales orders with issues by coding them in ERP; provide updates to management.
• Release orders to Finance for revenue recognition and invoicing after requirements are met.
• Assist training and continuous improvement within Revenue Assurance.
