Job summary

Interior Logic Group, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Assurance Coordinator to interpret orders from our Design Center, determine contracted revenues, and prepare supporting documentation for recognizing revenues to the billing department.

Responsibilities include reviewing bids, coordinating with Customer and Sales, using Excel for revenue calculations, and ensuring accurate postings while maintaining internal controls in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two-year college or technical certificate in business or related field, or two years experience.
• Construction experience helpful.
• Intermediate MS Office skills, including MS Word and MS Excel.
• Analyze problems and resolve conflict as it relates to financial accounts.
• Read and understand documents such as safety rules, policy and procedure manuals, training materials, etc.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders daily from Design team, review the order and bids, compare to contract, and calculate the revenue owed to the company.
• Obtain and organize billing documents needed based on Customer requirements and pass along to Billing in a timely manner.
• Work with Customer and Sales to obtain missing documentation; weekly reporting to management of ongoing issues.
• Basic use of Excel to calculate revenue/discounts and assign to trades in ERP system.
• Prepare external summaries or forms for distribution as needed.
• Audit margins outside of tolerance and obtain needed approvals.
• Coordinate with Shared Services to review billing and collections questions.
• Follow internal accounting controls to maintain financial security.
