Job summary

Interior Logic Group is seeking a Revenue Assurance Coordinator to verify lot-related documents, review sales orders, and ensure margins stay within tolerance. You will work with customers and internal teams to resolve issues before installation release and billing, supporting accurate revenue recognition.

The role requires strong Excel and ERP familiarity, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced homebuilding environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales order review and revenue assurance.
• Homebuilding or construction industry experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor lot start notices and create new sales orders in ERP.
• Create job jacket files using established checklists for documentation.
• Review job jackets and perform sales order audits prior to install release.
• Calculate revenue on sales orders and verify PO alignment with written sales agreements.
• Ensure margins are within tolerance; investigate variances with operations.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve PO issues.
• Track and report on sales orders and revenue recognition; release orders to Finance when ready.
• Assist training and continuous improvement within Revenue Assurance.
