Job summary

OU Health is seeking a Revenue Integrity Liaison (Auditor / Educator) in Oklahoma to lead complex revenue integrity initiatives and educate departments on professional billing workflows. The role requires 5+ years in revenue cycle, and certification within 1 year of hire.

The candidate will analyze trends, develop metrics, and present recommendations to operational leaders to drive enterprise-wide performance improvements.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least 5 years of advanced professional revenue cycle or revenue integrity experience.
  • Certification in CHC, CPB, CPMA or CPC within 1 year of hire.
  • Experience with professional revenue cycle and revenue integrity workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Educate departments and providers on professional billing, charging, coding, registration, referrals and authorizations workflows.
  • Identify and analyze charging, coding, documentation, and billing trends.
  • Provide targeted education and recommendations to improve revenue cycle performance.
  • Develop and present performance metrics and trend analyses to leaders via standard reports and dashboards.
  • Support the development and delivery of revenue cycle education and training programs.
  • Translate data into actionable operational strategies.
  • Demonstrate strong consulting, presentation, and influence skills.
