Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Revenue Growth Manager to drive profitable growth for the Warehouse Direct business.

You will partner with Sales, Commercial, and cross-functional teams to craft and execute pricing, trade, and volume strategies that align with enterprise guardrails and financial targets. You will translate data into actionable insights, influence customer decisions, and guide tradeoffs across price, promotion, and mix.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of analytics, finance, sales, or revenue management experience.
• Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into a clear view.
• Strong systems thinking and process leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer-specific pricing, trade, and volume strategies.
• Partner with Sales leaders and account teams to build annual plans.
• Lead ROI analysis to inform pricing and tradeoffs across revenue, margin and volume.
• Support negotiations and promotional planning, evaluating trade effectiveness.
• Create clear storytelling for leadership and sales partners.
• Improve management routines, reporting, and tools for field visibility.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure feasibility.
