Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an Associate Manager in Planning & Performance Management for the Warehouse Direct Cold segment in Frisco, TX. You will develop analytics, automate reporting, and partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to drive performance.

You will build dashboards, provide strategic insights, and support leadership materials while ensuring accurate data storytelling and timely delivery. A data-driven, collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant analytical experience; CPG experience preferred; RGM, strategy, performance management, category management, business analytics.
• Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills; PowerBI experience preferred.
• Firm understanding of business analytics & business intelligence concepts.
• Willingness to learn and work with internal systems (e.g., SAP) and syndicated datasets (Circana, 1010data).
• Exceptional communication skills – verbal, written & presentation; follow-through.
• Self-motivated team player with ability to interact with others.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to handle high work volume.
• Ability to travel occasionally and work in Frisco, TX office.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of commercial objectives and drivers for Warehouse Direct Cold, and communicate metrics to leadership.
• Provide ad-hoc and strategic analyses for planning and marketplace understanding.
• Lead development, automation, and maintenance of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting across Warehouse Direct Cold.
• Support the creation of Commercial Leadership Team materials with analytical narratives.
• Maintain relationships with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, R&D, Supply Chain.
• Create integrated analytics, projections, reports, and presentations for business needs.
• Contribute a strong work ethic and positive attitude to daily responsibilities.
