• 5-7 years of work experience in Revenue Growth/CPG or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, or Marketing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Customer Revenue Management by optimizing Price Packages, targets, promos, and trade investments using post-event analytics and syndicated data.
• Lead methods for continuous improvement across the RGM department and provide ROI insights for leadership.
• Drive forecasting (CP3) and standard reporting, presenting topline analytics in monthly reviews.
• Lead CP3 planning by creating detailed metrics, securing cross-functional alignment, and delivering revenue growth targets.
• Monitor price and trade investments for accuracy and advise on planning tools and processes.
