Etude Capital LLC seeks a Revenue Lead to own distribution, servicing, and customer success for its self-storage insurance products. You will drive how products reach operators and agents, shaping the commercial engine and scaling servicing across the vertical.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in revenue leadership, distribution, or related roles within insurance, insurtech, or B2B financial services.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the distribution strategy across self-storage insurance products, spanning direct-to-operator and agent networks.
• Own and grow the retail agent/broker channel launched in 2026, including onboarding, activation, and relationship management.
• Identify and manage relationships with key distribution partners (facility management companies, REITs, aggregators, platforms).
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align pipeline generation with vertical positioning and messaging.
• Build and optimize the servicing and customer success function, including onboarding and policy administration pipelines.
• Drive net revenue retention through proactive account management, upsell, and cross-sell.
