Nomad Coatings in Dallas–Fort Worth is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager with strong estimating capabilities to drive revenue growth in the commercial painting and coatings sector. This is not a traditional sales role or a pure estimator position, but a revenue-generating, end-to-end ownership role.

You will own the full cycle from prospecting to close, build relationships with facility and property managers, develop proposals, and guide estimations to align with margin

Qualificações

• Required: client-facing roles (sales, business development, or account management).
• Preferred: 2+ years in commercial painting, residential painting, industrial or floor coatings or related construction trade.
• Proven ability to self-generate leads.
• Strong mathematical skills and problem solving.
• Existing network in the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with Facility Managers, Property Managers, and other target client profiles.
• Proactively generate new business opportunities (outbound and relationship-driven).
• Manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities matching Company’s Ideal Customer Profile.
• Participate in industry events to generate new business.
• Lead client meetings, site visits, and scope discussions.
• Prepare and deliver proposals with a focus on Company’s Value Proposition.
• Follow up consistently and close deals.
