Nomad Coatings is seeking a Production Manager for commercial and residential coatings in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will own production execution from pre-production handoff through final walkthrough, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery to Nomad standards.

You will forecast, schedule, and manage capacity while preserving gross margins and controlling subcontractor costs. Travel to multiple job sites will be required as needed, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality checks.

Qualifications

• Proven production or operations management experience in painting, coatings, or construction trades.
• A track record of hitting revenue targets while holding margin.
• Strong financial fluency — comfortable with gross margin, Budget vs. Actual, and labor burden analysis.

Responsabilités

• Own the execution of production promises from pre-production handoff to final walkthrough.
• Forecast, schedule, and capacity plan to meet annual production targets.
• Maintain profitability through cost control, waste reduction, and subcontractor rate management.
