Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, account management, or sales leadership within the construction industry.
• Experience in asphalt paving, concrete, sitework, civil construction, or related commercial construction.
• Knowledge of the Dallas-Fort Worth construction and commercial property market.
• Ability to develop new business and build a sales pipeline from the ground up.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the DFW market.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and business development efforts for Delaware Valley Paving in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to establish and grow the company's regional presence.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, multifamily, retail, municipal markets.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities to meet revenue goals.
• Coordinate with estimating and operations to align opportunities with capabilities.
• Travel to customer locations, jobsites, and industry events as needed.
• Provide leadership and coaching to sales team as the market grows.
