Sarnova HC, LLC is seeking a Manager, Revenue Operations - Cardio Partners in Dublin, OH. The role leads commercial intelligence, connects customer, sales and digital data to revenue strategy, and owns CDP, analytics, forecasting, and executive reporting.

The position reports to the AVP of Revenue Growth & eCommerce and shapes the business strategy for Revenue Operations and related platforms. A strong background in RevOps and data governance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5-7 years of analytics, customer intelligence, RevOps and CDP experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience developing customer segmentation and audience frameworks.
• Experience with lead/account scoring, churn risk, and opportunity forecasting.

Responsabilités

• Build, implement and improve Revenue Operations frameworks and governance.
• Lead CDP development and activation translating requirements to data use cases.
• Develop customer profiles, segmentation models, lifecycle signals, and scoring.
• Activate customer intelligence across sales, eCommerce and marketing.
• Establish KPI definitions and data governance across lifecycle stages.
• Analyze data to identify revenue opportunities and growth signals.
• Build reporting for pipeline, conversion, velocity, and revenue trends.
• Develop data models and forecasting inputs to improve revenue planning.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation in revenue operations.
• Lead and develop the Revenue Intelligence team.
