Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years in analytics, sales enablement, revenue intelligence, or Salesforce operations.
3+ years hands-on Salesforce experience, with reports and dashboards.
3+ years experience building dashboards in CRM Analytics or similar BI.
2+ years experience designing and deploying workflow automation or low-code solutions.
3+ years proven project leadership and translating data to recommendations.

Responsibilities

Execute revenue analytics and reporting initiatives with dashboards, reports, and forecasting tools.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and advise leaders.
Partner with sales, enablement, and IT to ensure accuracy of revenue tools and reporting.
Lead projects to advance sales enablement, automation, and AI capabilities with clear timelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders so revenue intelligence informs pipeline and sales effectiveness.
Identify manual processes and apply automation to reduce administrative work for sales teams.
Train sales teams on reporting, enablement, and AI-assisted tools with best practices.
Ensure timely, accurate, and actionable reporting to meet business needs.
