Hire Point Recruiting seeks a Director of Revenue Growth Management in the Boston area to lead pricing, promotions, and trade investment strategies that drive sustainable revenue and profitability.

The role partners with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and operations to optimize product mix and customer strategies, using data-driven insights to shape strategic decisions and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, Analytics; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in Revenue Growth Management or related fields.
• Experience in CPG or food & beverage industries.
• Strong RGM knowledge: pricing, promotions, mix, and price-pack.
• Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the company's Revenue Growth Management strategy across brands, products, channels and customers.
• Develop pricing strategies using insights from consumers, competitors and finance.
• Evaluate price architecture, pack sizes, product mix, and portfolio opportunities.
• Lead promotional effectiveness and trade-spend optimization initiatives.
• Analyze customer and channel profitability to improve margins and commercial performance.
• Partner with Sales to support customer planning and negotiations.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Finance on forecasting and margin analysis.
• Develop dashboards and tools to monitor pricing and promotional performance.
• Present insights to senior leadership to influence commercial decisions.
• Build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
