Job summary
GT's Living Foods, LLC is seeking a Manager, Revenue Growth Management to advance RGM capabilities and drive profitable growth across the portfolio. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Growth & Insights, you will partner with Sales, Brand, Insights, Finance, and Trade Finance to translate data into actionable recommendations.
The role focuses on pricing, price-pack architecture, promotion, and customer investment.
Qualifications
- Strong commercial judgment balancing consumer value, retailer economics, and profitability.
- Ability to translate complex analytics into clear commercial recommendations.
- Experience with pricing, promotions, trade investment, assortment, and channel mix.
Responsibilities
- Support pricing and price-pack architecture strategies across GTLF's portfolio.
- Evaluate pricing opportunities by brand, pack, customer, and channel.
- Build scenario analyses to quantify pricing, pack, mix, and customer investment decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve net price realization through pricing, trade optimization, and portfolio architecture.
- Partner with Sales and Brand to translate portfolio strategy into customer- and channel-specific recommendations.
