A leading staffing firm located in Orlando, Florida is looking for a Business Development Associate who will be responsible for generating sales and building client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree and at least one year of B2B sales or recruitment experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage job orders effectively. The salary range for this position is between $55,000 to $65,000, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 1 year B2B sales and/or recruitment required.
• Advanced, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain target list developing client relationships.
• Conduct prospecting activities including phone calls, emails, and meetings.
• Generate new job orders weekly in line with performance objectives.
• Manage job orders from intake to fulfillment.
• Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity and manage a book of business.
• Collaborate to cross-sell and fulfill open positions.
