Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Senior Analyst in Revenue Growth Management to drive profitable sales growth through pricing, promotions, and assortment insights across retail, eCommerce, and direct-to-consumer channels. You will leverage internal and external data to identify opportunities and work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Category Management to support data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing, Category Management, Sales, Finance, or a related analytical discipline.
Advanced analytical skills with experience working with large datasets and predictive modeling; proficient in Excel and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

Develop pricing, promotions, and assortment analytics in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize sales and profitability.
Conduct competitive pricing and market condition analyses for cross-functional stakeholders.
Design pricing models to maximize revenue and lead implementation with cross-functional buy-in.
Monitor and analyze planned promotional activities by item, channel, and category.
Lead internal pricing reviews and model impacts on internal and customer-facing metrics.
