Job summary

Moloco, a leading AI-native performance advertising company, is hiring a Manager, Business Analytics focused on Revenue Forecasting in the U.S. This role drives driver-based and statistical forecast models, runs the weekly and quarterly revenue management cycles, and partners with Finance, Sales and Product to align on the forecast.

You will build dashboards, perform variance analysis, backtest models, and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in analytics, revenue analytics, FP&A, or strategy, ideally at an ad-tech company or two-sided platform.
• Hands-on experience building and validating driver-based and statistical forecast models (time-series, regression) with backtesting.
• Proficient in SQL (BigQuery or similar) and Python; able to review outputs for joins and logic errors.
• Experience running recurring, deadline-driven reporting and forecast cycles with ability to triage ad-hoc requests.
• Root-cause variance analysis: separating volume, mix, pricing, seasonality, and one-offs; translate findings into actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and refine forecast models (driver-based and statistical) for advertiser spend and revenue, backtesting regularly.
• Own weekly and quarterly revenue management cycles: reporting, forecast refreshes, and variance analysis.
• Explain changes by separating volume, mix, pricing, seasonality, and one-offs; recommend actions to Finance, Sales, and Product.
• Analyze revenue levers and pricing across advertiser segments to balance revenue growth with advertiser value.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Product to translate market signals and roadmaps into projections; align teams around one view of the forecast.
• Build dashboards and pipelines to make revenue reporting faster, more reliable, and self-serve.
• Document methodology and validate data to ensure results are accurate and defensible.
