Job summary

Nfinity Athletic seeks a forward-deployed AI automation engineer to embed in the business and ship automation that moves revenue. You will connect Salesforce and Shopify, build agent‑style workflows, and ship weekly with guardrails and logging.

You will work across Sales, E‑commerce, Events, and Customer Support. The role emphasizes production‑ready systems, measurable lifts, and outputs over appearances, with a fast, accountable culture.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in Business Systems or RevOps automation.
• Strong Salesforce: objects, flows, permissions, reporting.
• Strong Shopify: customer/order data, tags, Shopify Flow, apps.
• Ability to write lightweight code (Python or JavaScript/TypeScript).

Responsibilities

• Identify high ROI workflows to automate across Sales, E‑comm, Events, Support, Ops.
• Build agent‑style workflows with actions, logging and audit trails.
• Lead lead-to-order automation, lifecycle tagging, attribution, follow‑up.
• Implement chat‑based selling flows with intent qualification and context routing.
• Ensure production systems are reliable with monitoring and error handling.
