Job summary

Mercyhealth is seeking a Revenue Cycle training and operations professional in Wisconsin to design, develop and coordinate training, competency testing, and improvement initiatives across Patient Access, Patient Financial Services, Managed Care, and Coding. You will partner with management, test EPIC upgrades, maintain training materials and calendars, and lead quality audits to ensure performance metrics.

This 40-hour per week role requires collaboration and strong communication to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; three years of training, performance improvement and program management required.
• Three years of Revenue Cycle experience in training contexts.
• Strong analytic, written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Epic and MS Office tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and coordinate Revenue Cycle training programs.
• Prepare updated course materials and annual revisions.
• Conduct training sessions across Patient Access, Patient Financial Services, Managed Care and Coding.
• Facilitate quality audits and monitor metrics on dashboards.
