Job summary
Mercyhealth in Wisconsin seeks an experienced Revenue Integrity professional to partner with clinical leaders to ensure accurate charge capture, coding, and billing across service lines. You will monitor EPIC Revenue Integrity dashboards and guide clinical teams on compliant practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing and 3+ years in revenue cycle; hospital setting preferred.
- Licensed RN in state of practice; CPR/BLS within 90 days.
- Experience with EPIC HB/PB and CPT/HCPCS coding preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor charge capture functions across departments and entities.
- Evaluate charging and coding structures for accurate revenue and compliance.
- Complete charge review assessments to ensure proper charges.
- Advise leaders on charge codes and revenue opportunities; reduce edits.
- Provide guidance on correct change capture, coding, and billing processes.
- Monitor EPIC Revenue Integrity dashboards.
- Participate in moderately complex revenue integrity projects.
- Train and assist clinical teams in revenue integrity functions.
