Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Associates degree in a business or healthcare field required (or equivalent experience).
• Four years of patient access/revenue cycle or related healthcare experience required; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing to meet budgeted levels and adjust patterns as needed.
• Hire and orient new staff, and provide training and competency assessments.
• Supervise partners and distribute workload equitably.
• Conduct team meetings and coaching for performance improvement.
• Monitor dashboards to track productivity and compliance.
